Important Notice: By accessing or using the kuatjp platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to create an account and place bets on kuatjp.

You must be at least 21 years of age. kuatjp enforces strict age verification during the account registration process. Users found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, and any deposits or winnings forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
You must be a resident of Indonesia. kuatjp is specifically designed for the Indonesian market and supports Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) transactions, local banking methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law from using online gambling services and that your use of kuatjp's Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
You may only create one Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and will be closed. All deposits, bets, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. You must not allow any other person to use your Account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID or KTP), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
kuatjp operates under international Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. To comply with these requirements, you must submit identity verification documents, including a clear copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must immediately notify kuatjp's customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kuatjp is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to maintain adequate security precautions.
kuatjp reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, underage gambling, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of our Services. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or disputed amounts, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity, in which case funds may be forfeited.
All users must be 21+ and provide valid Indonesian ID (KTP) during account verification. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available. Never share your login credentials with others.
These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and kuatjp. Read carefully before proceeding.
kuatjp accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon bank confirmation, typically within 1-5 minutes.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours after approval, with most requests completed in under 5 minutes. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is approved.
Standard users may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits based on their membership tier (Gold, Platinum, Diamond). There are no monthly withdrawal limits for verified accounts in good standing.
kuatjp does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) may incur a 2% processing fee, capped at Rp 10,000. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply additional charges; these are beyond kuatjp's control.
To comply with international AML regulations, kuatjp requires that you wager your deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawing. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without wagering activity may be flagged for review. kuatjp reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawals if we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
kuatjp offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and VIP loyalty programs. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount), minimum odds requirements for sports bets, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated in each promotion's description.
Before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirements specified in the promotion's terms. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with 10x wagering requires you to place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute only 10-20%.
kuatjp prohibits bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other users, using automated betting systems to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors to gain unfair advantage. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed and all bonuses, deposits, and winnings forfeited.
kuatjp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual users from promotions if we suspect abuse or violation of bonus terms.
All bets placed on kuatjp are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. kuatjp is not liable for user errors, including incorrect bet selections, stake amounts, or accidental duplicate bets. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation unless specifically permitted by the bet type (e.g., cash-out feature on live bets).
Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing bodies, game providers, or event organizers. In sports betting, if an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. For togel (lottery), results are based on official draw announcements. For sabung ayam (cockfighting), results are determined by the arena's official decision.
kuatjp reserves the right to set maximum payout limits on individual bets and cumulative winnings. Maximum payout limits vary by sport, league, and bet type. Standard maximum payout is Rp 500,000,000 per bet slip for sports betting and Rp 100,000,000 per spin for slot games. VIP members may enjoy higher payout limits.
In the event of obvious errors (including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical glitches), kuatjp reserves the right to void bets and return stakes. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 30 days of bet settlement. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kuatjp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your Account. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of kuatjp's Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling services operating in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of kuatjp's Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. By using kuatjp, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
kuatjp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the kuatjp website. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notifications. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your Account.
